Hanseatic Spirit carries a maximum of 230 guests (199 on Antarctic and Spitsbergen expeditions) across 120 cabins and suites in seven categories, cared for by around 170 crew. Built to the highest ice classification for passenger ships (PC 6), she is equipped with 17 Zodiacs for shore landings in the remotest regions, two retractable glass balconies, a stepped observation deck and a 180-degree observation lounge.

Dining centres on the spacious HANSEATIC Restaurant for creative, daily-changing cuisine, and the open-air Lido Restaurant with its outdoor barbecue and show kitchen. This ship's own specialty restaurant, l'esprit, celebrates French cuisine and Mediterranean lightness - a signature venue found only on Hanseatic Spirit, with each of her two sister ships carrying its own distinct specialty restaurant instead. On expeditions of 14 nights or longer, a pop-up fish restaurant also opens for four evenings.

Evenings are spent at the bars in the Observation Lounge and the HanseAtrium, with expert-led lectures and talks from an onboard expedition team of up to 16 specialists in biology, history, geology and glaciology. The OCEAN SPA offers a Finnish sauna and steam sauna with ocean views, an ice fountain, massages and beauty treatments, alongside a 100 sqm fitness room and a weather-protected pool area with bar and whirlpool.
