Amera carries up to 835 guests across nine decks, cared for by around 440 crew. All cabins are generously sized and well-appointed, most with a walk-in wardrobe, and all with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, individually adjustable air conditioning, a telephone, fridge/minibar, coffee machine, safe and hairdryer. Superior cabins, junior suites and suites add a private balcony with seating.

Dining is spread across two main restaurants, Ozean and Amera, plus the Lido Buffet restaurant, all with open seating and relaxed dining times. For a special evening, guests can reserve a table at Pichler's specialty restaurant at no extra charge. Numerous bars, lounges and cafes across the ship's indoor and outdoor decks round out the evening.
