Seabourn Quest carries 540 guests and 330 crew across all-suite, ocean-view accommodation ranging from 295 to 1,182 square feet, with private verandas adding a further 65 to 558 square feet of outdoor living space. She was built in 2011 and has recently been through the most extensive interior transformation in Seabourn's history, refreshing her suites and public spaces throughout, including a newly reimagined Club with a speakeasy ambiance.
Dining spans five venues: The Restaurant for flexible, come-as-you-please fine dining, Earth and Ocean for inventive evening dishes served under the stars, The Colonnade for casual indoor/outdoor breakfasts, lunches and regionally-themed dinners, The Patio for buffet lunches, salads and freshly-baked pizza, and Sushi for Japanese cuisine. In-suite dining is also available around the clock.
Onboard activities include the Seabourn Conversations guest-speaker series, the Discovery Center for natural history and cultural programming, Seabourn Square for coffee, pastries and gelati, the Card Room, and signature events such as Caviar in the Surf and Marina Day at select destinations. Evenings can be spent at The Club, the Observation Bar, or dancing under the stars, with The Retreat offering a sheltered outdoor space shaded by its distinctive flower-shaped canopy.
For wellbeing, the Spa at Seabourn offers massages, facials and beauty treatments, alongside a Fitness Center and Motion Studio, a Pool, and whirlpools on the pool deck.
