I’ll admit that I’m a bit of a ship-spotter, and I’m proud of it! October marks the start of the cruise season in New Zealand and this year we welcome.32 ships from 22 cruise lines. These ships visit us between now and mid-April before most ships head back to points in Asia and the North Pacific or the Northern Hemisphere for their summer.
In our summer season we see all manner of ships from 120 to 4180 passengers making nearly 278 visits to Auckland, Tauranga and Bay of Islands. That doesn’t spell an end to cruising down-under as Carnival will have one ship, Carnival Adventure, offering eight Auckland to Auckland South Pacific cruises between May and July, with a final four night cruise back to Sydney.
Here are the timetables and ship details for all 32 ships including a brief set of facts and figures and a picture for easy identification, plus where she will be cruising in 2027. Armed with this information you can be the cruise expert in your family.
While this focuses on cruises in and around New Zealand and the Pacific, we have connections with all the world’s favourite cruise lines so we can check cruise availability and fare for any cruise world-wide.
Simply call us on 0800 BON VOYAGE anytime!
Enjoy your ship-spotting this summer!
